Responsibilities

A dynamic and experienced Director of Enterprise Marketing is needed to lead our global marketing strategy targeting large enterprise clients. This role is essential for driving growth, increasing visibility of our enterprise solutions, enhancing brand awareness, and generating demand among potential customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B enterprise marketing, preferably in IT & OT, along with a strategic mindset and a proven track record of leading successful marketing strategies and planning.

  • Create and oversee our roadmap to enterprise marketing excellence.
  • Define our key market segments globally, including market size and characteristics, in collaboration with regional sales & marketing leaders.
  • Define global enterprise positioning and messaging with our brand team.
  • Drive narratives, gather competitive intelligence, and develop reasons to buy. Oversee creation of high-quality marketing content such as whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and analyst engagements tailored for enterprise audiences.
  • Increase sales pipeline volume and value through globally coordinated demand generation activities, including sales plays, C-Level influencer programs, ABM insights, and regional alignment.
  • Develop use cases demonstrating how we transform enterprise organizations.
  • Establish global standards for tracking and reporting enterprise marketing performance to enable continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in enterprise marketing within an international SaaS company, with a deep understanding of go-to-market strategies, channel strategy, and optimization.
  • Experience preferred in the IT/OT market.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed environment with senior sales and marketing leaders across regions to ensure alignment with our roadmap.
  • Proven success in developing long-term strategic marketing plans using analytical and data-driven approaches, focusing on ROI.
  • A passion for storytelling and understanding regional market differences.
  • Good cultural fit, courageous, committed to quality, impactful, and team-oriented.
  • Willingness to travel.
