Responsibilities

A dynamic and experienced Director of Enterprise Marketing is needed to lead our global marketing strategy and plan targeting large enterprise clients. This role is crucial for driving growth, visibility, and brand awareness of our enterprise solutions, as well as generating demand among potential customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B enterprise marketing, preferably in IT & OT, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record of leading marketing strategies successfully.

  • Create and oversee our roadmap to enterprise marketing excellence
  • Define key market segments globally, including market size and characteristics, in collaboration with regional sales and marketing leaders
  • Define our global enterprise positioning and messaging with the brand team
  • Drive narratives, gather competitive intelligence, and develop marketing content such as whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and analyst engagements tailored for enterprise audiences
  • Increase sales pipeline volume and value through globally coordinated demand generation activities, including sales plays, C-Level influencer programs, ABM insights, and regional alignment
  • Develop use cases demonstrating how we transform enterprise organizations
  • Establish global standards for tracking and reporting enterprise marketing performance to enable continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise marketing within an international SaaS company, with a deep understanding of go-to-market strategies, channel strategy, and optimization
  • Experience in the IT/OT market preferred
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed environment with senior sales and marketing leaders across regions
  • Proven success in developing long-term strategic marketing plans using analytical and data-driven approaches focusing on ROI
  • A passion for storytelling and understanding regional market differences
