Your Talent

Proven experience in E-Commerce, Retail, and strategy development/execution, including leadership roles.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data-driven insights for strategic decisions.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Project management experience with a successful track record of managing and executing strategic initiatives.

Deep understanding of market trends, opportunities, and challenges within the global E-Commerce and Retail sectors.

Prior experience in a top-tier consultancy is required.

Your Mission

Collaborate closely with the Vice President of Direct to Consumer to create, develop, and execute comprehensive strategies across all channels and functions globally.

Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, informing strategic decisions.

Build business cases and manage the transformation and development of the department through cross-departmental partnerships, ensuring alignment with broader company objectives.

Program manage the execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring adherence to brand values and delivering a cohesive consumer experience.

Manage communication with HQ teams and regional offices.

Own and oversee critical contracts globally and locally to optimize investments.

Monitor and report on the performance of E-Commerce and Retail strategies, providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement in collaboration with stakeholders.
