How you can help people and organizations work better together:

Reporting to our Chief Global Customer Officer, the successful candidate ideally holds proven experience in key account sales and connectivity with large CPG retailers and suppliers. The ideal candidate will have experience, preferably in a combination of CPG, Retail, and related Professional Services, with a history of using data-led insights and advisory capabilities to drive growth. Experience in sales and client management in the services industries is also valued.

As part of this role, you will:
  1. Build strong business relationships with our CPG clients, ensuring they gain value and insights from our work and that their advocacy for Advantage is strengthened.
  2. Achieve sales and profit goals for your client portfolio and meet new business development targets.
  3. Work closely with the Commercial, Market, and Finance teams to ensure alignment with business strategy and processes, including meeting all targets and financial reporting requirements—budgets, forecasts, and investments.
  4. Collaborate across appropriate functions of our and the client’s business to meet client needs and develop service and product proposals.
  5. Exercise strong business acumen and negotiation skills to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  6. Provide leadership and support to Market leaders in developing and nurturing collaborations with global clients at the country level.
  7. Help enhance the Advantage brand within the FMCG community through keynote presentations, conference participation, white papers, published articles, and similar efforts.
Where You’ll be Located:

The candidate will ideally be based in Europe, in a country where we employ staff (Spain, France, UK, Netherlands, and Germany are preferred). This role is remote (home office based).

Travel Expectations:
  1. Client office visits for presentations and meetings, especially in the second half of the year.
  2. Occasional visits to the Toronto Office.
  3. Participation in relevant conferences or industry events.
