Position

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals
• Oversee monthly and annual financial statements (HGB/IFRS) and ensure fiscal compliance
• Manage financial accounting, payment transactions, and working capital
• Prepare financial plans, cash flow forecasts, and investment budgets
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes
• Ensure timely financial reporting and analysis
• Serve as a sparring partner for cost control
• Improve financial processes through automation and digitalization
• Manage relationships with external service providers (tax, audit, IT)
• Responsibility for IT infrastructure
• Communicate with international teams on financial and IT matters
• Represent financial topics at Economic Committee meetings
  
  

Profil

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Management experience in finance within an international manufacturing company
• Understanding of manufacturing business models and value creation
• Strong knowledge of Finance & Accounting, Controlling & Reporting, and FP&A
• Proficiency in preparing financial statements (HGB/IFRS)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
• Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic environment
• Fluency in German and English
• Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and management information systems
