The Director of Field Service Northern Europe will lead and manage field service operations across Germany, UK, Ireland, and the Nordics. This strategic role focuses on driving service excellence, ensuring customer satisfaction, and aligning activities with company goals. The candidate will oversee field service leaders and support teams, working cross-functionally to maintain service quality standards.

Responsibilities
  1. Leadership & Team Management:
    • Lead, mentor, and develop field service teams to meet performance objectives.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, high performance, and customer focus.
    • Oversee recruitment, training, and development for technical and customer service excellence.
    • Implement Daily Management and Problem Solving fundamentals as part of LEAN initiatives.
  2. Service Delivery & Customer Satisfaction:
    • Ensure efficient delivery of installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
    • Improve response times, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
    • Address complex customer issues promptly to uphold service standards.
  3. Operational Excellence:
    • Manage the field service budget and resource allocation.
    • Optimize processes and workflows to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
    • Collaborate with product management, sales, and support teams for seamless service execution.
  4. Strategic Planning & Reporting:
    • Develop strategies to grow and improve the field service function.
    • Analyze performance data and report insights to senior management.
    • Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies to enhance service offerings.
  5. Compliance & Quality Assurance:
    • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
    • Maintain high quality standards for all service activities.
