Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead customer deployment projects in Germany for mission-critical facilities. You will coordinate design needs, pricing, approvals, and deployment scope, working with design and operations teams to ensure successful delivery.

You will liaise with sales, operations and development, ensuring on-time, on-budget execution while maintaining strong client relationships and vendor partnerships.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (or equivalent professional licenses)
• 10+ years in development of Mission Critical Facilities
• 5+ years in data center project construction with large-scale data centers or DC lease providers
• Ability to travel as needed for the business
• Experience managing multiple large, multi-faceted projects
• Experience with Construction Health & Safety Knowledge
• Experience with Customer Deployment Technologies and Equipment
• RCDD a plus
• Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
• Ability to independently manage deadlines and support staff
• Ability to influence cross-discipline teams
• Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing situations at a high growth company

Aufgaben

• Manage the customer deployment project delivery for each sold deal at every QTS location
• Coordinate with the QTS Property Development team and supporting consultants for design needs, pricing, approvals, and implementation
• Align clients' objectives with project delivery across QTS and manage cross-group collaboration
• Drive client relationships and cost management to deliver projects on time and on budget
• Serve as a single contact for Federal sales support on potential secured deals
• Act as QTS' contact for new client builds and implementations
• Liaise between QTS Sales, Operations, Property Development and the customer
• Work with Development Construction PMs to fulfill customer needs to high levels of expectation
• Report to the QTS Property Development department and collaborate with CHO and CRO as needed

Jobbeschreibung

• Manage the customer deployment project delivery for each sold deal within each QTS location
• Coordinate with the QTS Property Development team and supporting specialty consultants to support customer design needs, pricing, customer approvals, and implementation of specific deployment scopes
• Manage project delivery by aligning clients' objectives, business processes, vendor management strategies, and cross-group collaboration across QTS
• Drive effective client relationship management and efficient cost management to deliver projects on time and on budget
• Serve as a single contact for Federal sales support on potential secured deals
• Function as QTS' point of contact for new client builds and implementations
• Liaise between the QTS Sales Team, QTS Operations Team, QTS Property Development Team, and the customer
• Work closely with existing Development Construction Project Managers to ensure customer needs are carried out to high levels of expectation
• Report into the QTS Property Development department and work closely with the CHO and CRO, depending on the origin of the project

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and/or professional licenses in Construction Management or Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Architecture
• Ten or more years of progressive responsibility in development of Mission Critical Facilities
• Five or more years of responsibility of data center project construction with large-scale data centers or DC lease providers
• Be able to travel as needed for the business
• Experience managing multiple large, multi-faceted projects
• Experience with Construction Health & Safety Knowledge
• Experience with Customer Deployment Technologies and Equipment
• RCDD a plus
