Job Description:

  • Work from the headquarters in Berlin, or from one of the offices in Hamburg, Munich, Cologne, or Dusseldorf; or from home within Germany.
Your Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of an innovative advertising platform that integrates DOOH, programmatic advertising, and dynamic pricing strategies.
  • Take on strategic and operational ownership of the platform development in collaboration with engineering and analytics teams.
  • Ensure seamless integration with leading DSPs, SSPs, and trading desks.
  • Incorporate AI and automation solutions to optimize audience targeting and campaign performance.
  • Shape the future of retail media through loyalty-based ad formats and digital activations.
Your Profile:
  • Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in AdTech, Programmatic Advertising, or Retail Media.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Expertise in DSPs, SSPs, and the AdTech ecosystem.
  • Strong background in product development and product launches of tech products.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel to and work from the headquarters in Berlin for about 40% of the time.
