Director, Cybersecurity Specialist Sales (DACH)

Role:

As a Cybersecurity Specialist Sales Director, you will further develop our Cybersecurity business in the DACH region, engaging with stakeholders at high levels and maintaining excellent personal relationships in Cybersecurity, Risk, Privacy, and Vendor Management functions. This role involves collaborating with prospects, reseller partners, internal teams, and customers to demonstrate the value of our cybersecurity solutions. Ideal candidates will have experience selling large enterprise security or risk applications or infrastructure software to large enterprises.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hunter position: Focus on securing new business and acquiring new logos.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy and territory plan for the DACH region.
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-level cybersecurity professionals at top enterprises.
  • Create and implement a sales plan aligned with Mastercard's cybersecurity portfolio.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline and accurate forecast in Salesforce and Clari.
  • Collaborate with Mastercard's cybersecurity and sales teams for cohesive strategy and execution.

All About You:

  • Extensive enterprise software sales experience, especially in new customer acquisition and pipeline growth.
  • Experience selling SaaS solutions in cybersecurity.
  • Proven success managing large enterprise and public sector accounts, exceeding quotas.
  • Strong negotiation skills with C-level executives and strategic cybersecurity outlook.
  • Fluent in English and German, with excellent communication skills.
  • Proven record of territory growth and exceeding sales goals.
  • Robust professional network in security executive relationships.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
  • Training in consultative or value-based selling preferred.
  • Willingness to travel.
