A corporate services provider in Rheinland-Pfalz is seeking a Director to oversee Service Delivery and Operations. The candidate should have a bachelor's or master's degree, over 15 years of experience in service delivery within the corporate services or funds industry, and strong leadership skills. Responsibilities include supervising teams, evaluating service quality, and leading financial targets. Fluency in English is required, and French is a plus. The experts at AIS and AManco provide clients with : Corporate Services, Fund Administration Services, Governance Services, Operational AML & Compliance Services, Tax Compliance Services, Depositary Services, as well as Third Party AIFM Services (provided by AManco S.A.).
Given the ongoing development of AIS, we are currently recruiting :
Supervise Service Delivery and Operations teams for existing clients;
Visit / Check clients on a periodic basis to evaluate service quality and identify client priorities;
Identify and attract new prospect to offer the full Corporate Services products;
Assist in the resolution of complex client issues;
Resolve complaints within the teams;
Define with clients their reporting requirements and deadlines, ensuring delivery in an accurate and timely manner;
Active contributor in achieving commercial goals as business developer and subject matter expert;
Identify potential market and client opportunities;
Facilitate working across the business, to improve the client experience by supporting new tools, client satisfaction survey or quality indicators implementation;
Provide leadership and guidance to the team members : setting smart objectives, providing development plan and infrastructure, supporting high performance culture;
Active participation in the business line strategy and implementation of key transformation program;
Active participation in setting up the first line of defence for KYC and Compliance, including active member of the Client Acceptance Committee (CAC);
Lead the financial targets in high level of autonomy and reports deviance and action plans to the line manager and executive committee team
Assume mandate for key clients.
Bachelor’s degree or master's degree in a relevant discipline or MBA;
Over 15 years of experience in a Service Delivery or Operations in the Corporate Services or Funds Industry experience;
Proven experience in Leadership roles;
Ability to build consensus and relationships among executives, partners, and the workforce;
Strong business development and relationship management skills;
Ability to work under pressure, plan personal workload effectively, and delegate;
Problem solving, client mindset, empathy, conflict management, pragmatism;
Fluent in English. French is considered an advantage.
