Your contribution to CYBEX

• Identify and evaluate new markets, product lines, and business models
• Monitor industry trends, competitors, and disruptive technologies
• Identify and evaluate opportunities for strategic alliances, joint ventures, and corporate venture investments
• Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives and change management programs
• Responsible for identifying and executing strategic growth opportunities through M&A, partnerships, portfolio expansion, and transformational initiatives
• Deliver insights for C-Level based on business performance and trends, strategic insights, and roadmaps

What Sets You Apart

• Degree in Business, Finance, Strategy, or a related field; MBA or similar advanced degree preferred
• 7–10+ years of experience in Corporate Development, Strategy Consulting, Investment Banking, or M&A, ideally in the consumer goods or lifestyle sector
• Proven track record in leading complex M&A and strategic growth projects
• Strong strategic, analytical, and financial modeling skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including C-level exposure
• Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., German, Mandarin) are a plus
