Director Communication, Change & Training (m/f/d) role at Fresenius Kabi.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Head of GPO and domain leads to define the global communication approach for ELEVATE.
- Develop a multi-tiered communication plan that balances program-wide messaging with tailored, domain-specific content.
- Establish and manage a suite of communication channels (e.g., intranet portals, newsletters, webinars, site visits, digital signage) to ensure timely, engaging delivery.
- Produce clear, concise, and visually compelling materials: slide decks, infographics, videos, FAQs, newsletters, and intranet updates.
- Coordinate with IT and digital teams to optimize and innovate channel capabilities (e.g., Yammer groups, digital dashboards).
- Establish regular communication about overall program content and progress and share with all sites.
- Lead communication about the Template Content with market units and corporate functions.
- Provide regular updates on pilot outcomes, rollout schedules, and benefits realization metrics.
- Share success stories and lessons from early-adopter plants to reinforce adoption and continuous improvement.
- Maintain a change log highlighting resolved issues and upcoming enhancements to keep stakeholders informed.
- Conduct change impact assessments to identify process, system, and behavior adjustments at each market unit / corporate functions department.
- Map change readiness levels, capture feedback, and escalate risks or resistance patterns.
- Co-design and deliver targeted enablement activities (e.g., training briefs, coaching sessions, “change ambassador” networks).
- Facilitate regular governance forums, steering committees, and stakeholder reviews, preparing agendas and status reports.
- Act as the primary liaison between GPO, domain teams, market unit leadership, and corporate communications.
- Capture and share success stories, lessons learned, and continuous improvement ideas.
- Define metrics and KPIs for communication effectiveness (e.g., open rates, event attendance, pulse survey results).
- Monitor and report on progress, adapting tactics based on data and stakeholder feedback.
- Benchmark best practices internally and externally to raise the bar on program communications.
- Establish a training strategy, including the development of training materials and the rollout in the locations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Change Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
- 8+ years’ experience in corporate communications and/or change management—ideally within a global manufacturing or life-sciences environment.
- Demonstrable track record of leading complex, multi-site transformation communications in the context of IT projects, particularly SAP S/4HANA.
- Familiarity with supply-chain domains (Forecast-to-Plan, Plan-to-Ship, Ship-to-Deliver) and pharmaceutical quality standards.
- Proficiency with digital collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Yammer, video-conferencing platforms).
