What we do:

Germany represents a critical growth market for EMEA and this is a senior-level opportunity within our German Business Development team, which is central to our EMEA growth strategy. We are looking for a commercially driven sales expert to lead and develop our relationships with strategic Holding Company agencies. Success in this role requires a demonstrable history of delivering exceptional results, building influential partnerships, and fostering strong cross-functional collaboration.

What you'll do:

  • Be part of a high-achieving Agency Business Development team to forge and expand strategic partnerships with Agency Holding Companies.
  • Achieve and exceed revenue goals for new and existing business, while delivering exceptional client experiences to managed agency partners.
  • Establish and nurture robust relationships with Planning Units and key decision-makers at major agency partners.
  • Articulate the distinct advantages of our media buying platform, utilizing industry expertise to drive adoption.
  • Accelerate revenue growth through strategic collaboration with the Brand Business Development team and internal stakeholders.
  • Analyze data trends and customer performance to develop strategic business plans and deliver compelling pitches and presentations.
  • Influence product development by representing client needs in discussions with senior leadership, product, and engineering teams.
  • Representing TTD's expertise and vision on both global and regional platforms.

Who you are:

  • A proven record of accomplishment in online advertising outbound sales
  • An agile self-starter comfortable building from the ground up
  • Experience working with agencies and cross-functional teams
  • Proven track record in a sales role working with advertisers and agencies
  • Existing relationships with decision makers at major agencies and advertisers
  • Experience establishing longstanding, consultative client relationships
  • A capacity to participate in technical product roadmap and product scoping exercises
  • Passion for owning a room, closing deals, and getting wins
  • Proven record of accomplishment of exceeding revenue expectations.
