What You'll Do :

1. Provide expert statistical input into clinical development plans, trial designs, and regulatory submissions
2. Lead and mentor biostatistics professionals across project teams, including internal staff and external partners
3. Ensure statistical deliverables meet timelines, regulatory standards, and internal quality benchmarks
4. Foster cross-functional collaboration and contribute to high-level project strategies
5. Represent the function in regulatory meetings, scientific working groups, and cross-industry initiatives
6. Champion innovation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence in statistical methodologies and practices

Who You Are :

Education & Experience

• PhD or Master’s in Statistics or a related field
• Extensive experience in clinical development within pharma, biotech, CROs, or academic research settings
• Proven ability to lead complex projects and influence stakeholders at all levels
