Job Description:

The Role:

  • Build a commercial asset management team.
  • Lead the active management of onshore wind, solar PV, and battery storage projects across Europe.
  • Develop, integrate, and operate a technical monitoring platform for the existing and future portfolio.
  • Coordinate external asset management service providers, including regular calls, daily alignments, and support in decision-making processes for the managing directors.
  • Ensure an excellent onboarding process and construction management of newly acquired assets.
  • Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders and build relationships with asset managers and contractors.
  • Oversee compliance and claims of all relevant project contracts in collaboration with external service providers.
  • Coordinate asset-specific budgets and liquidity planning, including cash upstreaming recommendations and execution.
  • Work closely with other departments on the overall budget and profitability goals.
  • Possibility to become the managing director of selected SPVs.

The Person:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in asset management for renewable energy.
  • Experience in building and leading teams.
  • Comprehensive understanding of energy markets across Europe, including subsidy schemes, and project management of renewable energy assets.
  • Experience with LucaNet and technical monitoring platforms (e.g., GreenPowerMonitor, Bazefield, Greenbyte) is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate results and insights clearly.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Responsibility-driven with a detail-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Structured work style and team-oriented attitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German; additional languages such as Italian, Spanish, Dutch, or Polish are a plus.
