Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or MBA in STEM with outstanding academic track record.
• Experience in an international context in AI/Tech transformation, media, telecom or consumer sectors.
• 6+ years in AI implementation, digital transformation, technology strategy or data-driven business transformation.
• Understanding GenAI applications in content creation, advertising and corporate functions.
• Experience with data platforms and enterprise technology architecture linking technical credibility to business impact.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale transformation programs with strong PM and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to engage C-level stakeholders and drive organizational change.
• Excellent spoken and written English (CEFR C2); German is a plus.

Job Description

• Shape RTL Group’s overall AI transformation strategy and roadmap.
• Establish and manage the Group AI Transformation Office.
• Drive implementation of AI initiatives across RTL Group business units.
• Coordinate AI delivery leads and senior stakeholders across the Group.
• Establish best practices for AI adoption, operating models and organisational change.
• Support capability building and AI development initiatives.
• Identify high‑value AI use cases and prioritize investments.
• Develop and drive implementation of corporate efficiency use cases, particularly in Finance and Legal.
• Create governance frameworks, performance management and KPI tracking.
• Bring and integrate external market perspectives and emerging AI trends into RTL Group.
• Lead AI‑related strategic partner discussions and vendor evaluations.

Qualifications

• University degree (Master’s degree or MBA) in a STEM‑related field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics), with an outstanding academic track record.
• Experience in an international context in a consultancy firm or an international corporation with focus on AI / Tech transformation, technology, media, telecommunication or consumer business sectors.
• 6+ years of professional experience in AI implementation in media technology, digital transformation, technology strategy, or data‑driven business transformation
• Understanding of GenAI applications in content creation, advertising and corporate functions.
• Experience data platforms and enterprise technology architecture, combining technical credibility with a strong focus on business impact.
• Demonstrated success in leading large‑scale transformation programs, supported by strong project management and leadership capabilities.
• Proven ability to build and sustain relationships across all organisational levels, effectively engage C‑level stakeholders, and drive organisational change.
• Perfect command of spoken and written English (CEFR level C2). Other languages, such as German, are a plus.
