Overview

Responsible for providing leadership for facilities, inventory control, and warehouse management systems.

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate, manage, and monitor the workings of various departments in the organization.
  2. Review financial statements and data, and utilize data to improve profitability.
  3. Prepare, control, and manage operational budgets.
  4. Control total inventory management by ensuring the compliance of receiving and inventory control procedures; Develop/recommend alterations to procedures and best practices as warranted.
  5. Working knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean Methodologies, and strong root cause analytical abilities.
  6. Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals.
  7. Formulate and implement departmental and organizational policies and procedures to maximize output.
  8. Monitor adherence to rules, regulations, and procedures.
  9. Coordinate and monitor the work of various departments involved in the production, warehousing, and distribution of goods.

Additional Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor warehouse performance and implement improvements.
  2. Manage the quality and quantity of employee productivity.
  3. Lead all building projects (i.e., warehouse systems, building/conveyor improvements).
  4. Provide MHE technical support and provide recommendations to maximize efficiencies.
  5. Manage the maintenance of equipment and machinery.
  6. Ensure the safety compliance of all team members.
  7. Monitor, manage, and improve the efficiency of support services.
  8. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree.
  2. 7 years of experience or equivalent education and related experience.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  4. Strong organization, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
  5. Experience with various ERP, CMMS, and software systems.
  6. Experience in wholesale or operational management or other related industries.
  7. Demonstrated knowledge of the SAP system or a similar system.

Physical Demands:

  1. Physical demands with activity or condition for a considerable amount of time include sitting and typing/keyboarding using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor) or mobile device.
  2. Physical demands with activity or condition may occasionally include walking, bending, reaching, standing, and stooping.
  3. May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 50lbs.
