is responsible for advanced technology research, architectural development, design, and strategic engineering of our products.

We are currently looking for a Digitalization Engineering Expert (m / f / d) to implement digitalization tools and methods into product development. The role involves acting as a leading expert and technical director, leading a team to build industrial 4.0-oriented digital designs and architectures, and supporting the company's strategic goals of digital transformation.

Your mission

1. Study industrial 4.0 digital design, automation, and intelligent design industry-leading practices and latest trends; participate in international conferences to introduce new technologies; develop digital design capability improvement roadmaps and promote solutions.
2. Develop digital design tools, methods, and processes from product requirements through system architecture design, simulation modeling, to detailed design verification, achieving end-to-end digital design and virtual prototype substitution to improve development efficiency.
3. Construct a digital twin environment, streamline development, production, procurement, supply chain, data flow, and research implementation; enable seamless transition to back-end systems.
4. Research MBSE, RFLP, Digital Twin technologies, and modeling languages like Modelica and SysML; build an end-to-end shared data source and structured development process covering R&D, supply, manufacturing, and delivery.

Your areas of expertise

• Doctoral degree completed successfully
• Relevant research or industrial experience; for researchers, research results must have been successfully applied
• Ground-breaking research, patents, widely recognized academic papers, or monographs with significant impact are preferred
• Experience with UPDM (Unified Platform for DoDAF and MoDAF) and SoS (System of Systems) modeling is essential
• Familiarity with SysML modeling tools such as Sparx EA, Dassault CSM, or IBM Rhapsody is a plus
• Fluent in written and spoken Business English
