Job Description

The Digital Workplace Advisory Group is a strategic practice unit established to help orchestrate the breadth of Infosys digital workplace service offerings across the technology service lines, complemented with experience design, digital adoption & learning services to deliver an integrated and human-centric experience to our enterprise clients in their journey to the future of work. This team is responsible for driving integrated Go To Market strategies, incubating industry solutions, managing analyst briefings, and providing technology advisory services to client executives in their digital transformation of the workplace.

Your Role

As an Industry Principal, you will be part of a team of digital workplace transformation leaders and evangelists on the future of work, specializing in leading organizations through digital workplace transformation by leveraging emerging workplace technologies. You will work on customer engagements to define, sell, and guide customers on initiatives in digital workplace strategy, employee experience transformation, workplace modernization, organizational change, and smart workspace design.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide technology advisory services to client executives on their digital workplace strategy & roadmap.
• Lead large digital workplace transformation programs as a trusted technology advisor, working with multiple stakeholders, business groups, and service providers.
• Provide architectural solutions, technology consultation, define scope, and create differentiation to ensure high-quality solutions and thought leadership.
• Manage stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure alignment with business needs.
• Liaise with various forums and governance committees.
• Lead strategic and large deal advisory for digital workplace solutions.
• Program manage large consulting and advisory engagements for digital workplace.

Mandatory Requirements

• Experience in IT.
• Expertise in digital workplace technology strategy and transformation, including emerging technologies and industry standards.
• Experience across multiple digital workplace domains such as Employee Experience, Modern Workplace, Endpoint Management, Digital Collaboration, DaaS, Connected Workspaces, Workplace Security, Digital Adoption, Change Management, and Service Desk.
