In this role, you leverage your technological expertise to create real value in our digital workplace using artificial intelligence and automation. You serve as a connector between IT, business, and technology, developing concepts and solutions and supporting their implementation and operation in an enterprise environment.

• You develop and implement strategies for the use of AI and automation within the Digital Workplace together with our stakeholders.
• You advise business units, architects, and decision-makers on enterprise-wide solution architectures, platform strategies, and potential use cases.
• You define governance and operational models that balance productivity, security, and compliance.
• You are responsible for the reliable operation and continuous development of the tools and platforms in use.
• You actively shape communication with our internal customers – including events, feedback formats, and community engagement.
