Digital & Website Project Manager (all genders)

Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate digital projects, managing timelines, deliverables, and progress reports.
- Ensure high-quality execution within budget and deadlines, while aligning with client expectations.
- Maintain structured workflows by adhering to established processes for scheduling, task tracking, and documentation.
- Follow up on action items to ensure timely completion and project success.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of multilingual websites, ensuring usability and brand consistency.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver accurate, engaging content.
- Drive organic growth by implementing and optimizing SEO and CRO strategies.
- Coordinate website campaigns and content initiatives in alignment with marketing goals.
- Monitor performance across devices, ensuring accessibility and continuous improvement.
What You Bring
- Experience: 3+ years in digital project and website management or similar roles.
- Web Expertise: Solid understanding of web architecture, UX, analytics, and testing.
- AEM Skills: Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including components and content fragments across all CMS stages.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills.
- Content & Strategy: Strong background in content publishing and web strategy using AEM.
- Analytics Tools: Proficient in Adobe Analytics, GA4, and Contentsquare.
- SXO Knowledge: Proven success in boosting SEO rankings, website performance, and conversion rates.
- Digital Marketing: Familiar with digital campaign workflows, channels, and terminology.
- Team Collaboration: Great communicator who works well with design, development, and content teams.
- Industry Insight: Up-to-date with trends in the automotive sector to drive engagement.
- Quality Focus: Detail-oriented with high standards for published content.
- Problem Solver: Able to tackle challenges independently.
- Multitasker: Skilled at managing multiple projects with precision.
