As our Digital & Web Graphic Designer, you will be a key member of our marketing team. You will collaborate with our graphic designer and external agency to create impactful digital content aligned with our brand vision, marketing strategies, and sales goals. Your focus will be on designing visually stunning content for web and social media, managing product data, maintaining our online media gallery, and contributing to our digital strategy.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design engaging digital content for social media and web platforms;
2. Create visuals for digital ad campaigns and storytelling, aligned with RAK Porcelain’s brand;
3. Edit photos/videos, perform retouching, and post-production;
4. Design sales landing pages for new collections and user-friendly web layouts;
5. Ensure web designs are aligned with branding and optimized for usability and engagement;
6. Maintain and organize content production files;
7. Manage product data, including packshots, codes, and details;
8. Redesign and organize the online media gallery;
9. Assist in creating print materials such as brochures and catalogs;
10. Stay updated on industry trends in graphic design and digital communication;
11. Support administrative tasks as needed.

Skills / Experience

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in graphic design;
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a graphic designer;
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator);
• Strong copywriting skills;
• Knowledge of digital workflows and multimedia formats;
• Strong aesthetic sense and creativity;
• Attention to detail and accuracy;
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects;
• Fluent in French and English; additional European languages are a plus;
• Knowledge of Figma is a strong plus;
• Video editing and motion design skills are a plus;
• No coding required.
