Job Description

As a Technical Consultant, you will help our clients solve challenging issues. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about the exciting world of digital technologies, including Digital Twin, IoT systems, advanced process control system, robotics and more. You will assume the role of Simulation & Emulation Senior Technical Consultant for the Data Science and AI Practice. In this role, you will help deliver Digital Twin advisory and implementation projects. As a Senior Consultant, you will work in a client-facing role for established global clientele, helping them apply Digital Twin capabilities to challenging business problems.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Lead the technical team within complex simulation and emulation projects.
2. Partner with the business development team in scoping and selling new projects to grow the EMEA digital twin business.
3. Lead experiments and test procedure execution to gain value from digital models.
4. Manage and assign junior engineers with tasks during client engagements.
5. Support the growth of junior employees through mentorship.
6. Develop technical and functional specifications based on software design and performance.
7. Support data modeling and requirements definition mapping.
8. Engage in DevOps development and implementation.
9. Communicate with customers in the USA, Europe, and Asia.
10. Meet and exceed customer service metrics and SLAs.
11. Manage requirements from multiple clients simultaneously.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

1. 4+ years of experience leading the implementation, validation, and deployment of scalable simulation and emulation technology in an operational setting, particularly in Manufacturing, Life Sciences, High Tech, Auto & Tire, Consumer Goods, and Warehousing & Logistics industries.
2. Experience with Emulate3D, Sim3D/Demo3D, or equivalent industrial standard simulation and emulation software.
3. 4+ years of experience developing in ACD, Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, .NET, or related languages.
4. Experience in conducting technical evaluations of client infrastructure and determining methods for effective simulation and emulation.
5. Experience integrating emulation software with both software and physical controllers.
6. Understanding of the technical limitations of code emulation and ability to communicate these to clients.
7. Competency in equipment design and development.
8. Experience designing and performing simulation experiments.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

1. Proficiency in PLC programming, preferably Allen Bradley.
2. Understanding of translating business requirements into technical solutions with attention to detail.
3. Knowledge of application architecture.
4. Experience with software development practices and technical documentation.
