Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Rollout Program Manager to own the planning and execution of global systems rollouts across multiple regions. You will develop and maintain the implementation roadmap, timelines, and deployment strategy, ensuring successful delivery of parallel rollout waves.

You will lead, mentor, and support a team of managers, coordinate priorities and resources, and collaborate with Product, IT, and regional teams to align with business priorities and readiness.

• Proven experience managing large-scale international implementation or rollout programs.
• Experience leading Project Managers, Rollout Managers, or implementation teams.
• Strong program planning and organizational skills.
• Excellent cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience working in multinational, matrix organizations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Fluent English.
• Willingness to travel approximately one week per month.
• Available to start in the short term.
