We are looking for a Digital Training Expert (x|f|m) for the Training BPS department at Sartorius Stedim Biotech GmbH. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering internal training courses and programs, as well as providing support to the local Learning and Development team. You will oversee the administration of a training portfolio, including event management, participant communication, material production, and billing.

The team is eager to shape the future with you. This position is full-time and offers a hybrid work model, requiring some days on-site at our headquarters in Göttingen, with the possibility of remote work.

Your Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging learning resources and content in collaboration with SMEs
• Assist SMEs in content identification, co-creation, and lifecycle management
• Advise and support learning initiatives with expertise in various training formats
• Maintain and archive content across formats
• Develop and review resources, formats, and channels
• Implement template-based approaches and train-the-trainer sessions
• Manage internal platforms like SharePoint and websites
• Engage with teams through networking and marketing activities
• Support event execution and manage employee data
• Research new learning methods and trends, and produce digital content
