As Digital Strategy & Operations Manager (m/f/d) – Renewable Energy, you will be responsible for:

• Align IT transformation, especially ERP implementation, with business objectives.
• Oversee Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or other ERP system implementation.
• Identify and implement process automation opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional planning to optimize resource allocation for tech projects.
• Ensure seamless IT integration with finance, HR, and operations.
• Monitor project milestones, budgets, and risks while ensuring regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, cybersecurity).
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing data-driven insights and automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with external consultants, technology vendors, and regulatory bodies.
• Support C-Level executives in developing and executing strategic priorities.

Professional Experience

• Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in an operational or consulting role.
• Proven track record of leading digital transformation projects.
• Experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, or technology-driven industries is highly desirable.

Technical & Business Skills

• Strong background in IT project management, familiarity with ERP systems and IT infrastructure (Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or Oracle).
• Knowledge of European regulatory frameworks for IT, data privacy, and compliance (GDPR, NIS2).
• Project management & execution – ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Competencies & Soft Skills

• Strategic Thinking – Ability to connect business strategy with IT execution.
• Excellent Communication & Stakeholder Management – Capability to align multiple teams.
• Hands-on, self-starter mentality with a problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• German skills are a plus.
