In this exciting context, we are seeking a new Unit Manager for our team located in Bad Homburg, contributing to the delivery of Services to EMEA customers.
What is your mission?
As a Unit Manager from Airline Services Engineering, you will be responsible for leading a Unit working for all Services customers for the EMEA Region, with a particular focus on the Digital scope.
The holder of this position will lead a set of highly skilled and functional team members locally in Bad Homburg. In addition to team management, a key part of the job will be to ensure contributions from BHO to EMEA customers meet customer expectations, discussing project and resource needs with the EMEA Train Leaders and Senior Management.
The duty of this position is to lead projects and maintenance activities for the different digital touchpoints of Amadeus EMEA customers, and to identify and run continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of technology deliverables, and improve team efficiency and productivity. Responsibilities also include developing people, recruiting locally and for remote sites, and reporting to line management in BHO.
