Job summary

Airbus Bank GmbH sucht Verstärkung für den Bereich IT/Business Solutions in München. Die Stelle fokussiert auf die Aufnahme, Bewertung und Strukturierung von Anforderungen für bestehende IT-Systeme sowie deren Weiterentwicklung.

Qualifications

• Universitätsabschluss in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Industrielle Ingenieurwissenschaften oder BWL mit IT-Fokus oder gleichwertige Qualifikation.
• Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung an der Schnittstelle zwischen Business und IT (Anforderungsmanagement, Anwendungsbetreuung, Lösungsdesign).
• Praxis in Low-Code-Technologien, MS Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI) und RPA (UIPath).
• Gute analytische, konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie selbstständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
• Gute Englischkenntnisse und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten an der Schnittstelle zwischen Abteilung, IT und externen Partnern.

Responsibilities

• Aufnahme, Bewertung und Strukturierung technischer Anforderungen für bestehende IT-Systeme/ Lösungen.
• Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung vorhandener IT-Anwendungen unter Einbeziehung relevanter Technologien (z. B. RPA, Power Automate, agree21).
• Verantwortung für Anwendungsbereiche der IT-Systeme inklusive M365 Suite, RPA, agree21.
• Beratung der Fachbereiche bei Identifikation und Spezifikation neuer Potenziale/IT-Anforderungen sowie Übersetzung in Architekturen und Konzepte.

IMPORTANT TASKS

“Run the bank” – (Digital) Solution Lifecycle Management

Recording, evaluating, and structuring (technical) requirements for existing IT systems/solutions

Operation and further development of existing IT applications along relevant technologies (including RPA, Power Automate, agree21)

Functional application responsibility for the IT systems managed (including M365 Suite, RPA, agree21)

„Change the bank“ – (Digital) Solution Design & Delivery

Advising business units on identifying and specifying new (digitalization) potentials / IT requirements

Translating (new) business requirements into (digital / IT) solution architectures/concepts as well as solutions

End-to-end support of solution implementation across the phases of prototyping, (low-code) development, testing, and go-live

Cross-sectional/Special Topics

Occasional handling of special topics, especially within the scope of (IT) projects (e.g., participating in or leading (sub-)projects)

BEST PRECONDITIONS

• University Degree in (business) informatics, (industrial) engineering, business administration with an IT focus, or a comparable qualification
• Ideally, (initial) professional experience at the interface between business and IT, e.g., in requirements engineering, application management, or solution design
• Practical experience with low-code technologies, ideally MS Power Platform (especially Power Automate, Power BI) and RPA (especially UIPath); experience in applying and designing AI solutions is a plus
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
• Good technical understanding of the development, integration, and operation of digital solutions and IT systems; experience in the banking environment and/or working with a core banking system (e.g., agree21) is a plus
• Good English skills as well as good communication and advisory skills at the interface between the department, IT, and external partners
