We are expanding our Digital Solution Advisory team for Customer Experience (CX) to enhance our services in the Middle and Eastern European region, including Germany, Switzerland, Austria, and various Eastern European countries. Primarily serving midmarket customers, we work closely with Sales, SAP experts, and partners to deliver world-class customer experiences that drive real business growth. You’ll guide our customers toward successful outcomes and show them how to unlock their full potential. To bring our mission to life, you will combine powerful digital tools, scalable assets, and deep solution expertise with a strong sense of customer empathy.

Your Future Role

As a Digital Solution Advisor, you’ll act as a subject matter expert with deep knowledge of business processes and SAP Solutions for Customer Experience. You’ll engage directly with potential customers and partners, demonstrating how our solutions create real business value. Working closely with SAP sales teams and partners, your goal is to guide these conversations toward successful deal closures.

  • And can advise a large client base of up to 80 customers annually.

Your Profile

Key Responsibilities and Tasks:

  • Assess customer priorities and transformation strategies to shape the optimal solution,
  • Map product capabilities to business requirements,
  • Showcase SAP solutions addressing customers' specific business requirements,
  • Respond to RfX inquiries within set deadlines in cooperation with our global RfX center and other experts,
  • Involve partners into opportunities and support them in selling effectively,
  • Generate digital content for business development campaigns and deliver webinars,
  • Create scalable digital content and best practices for consistent and efficient advisory service.

Experience and Language Requirements:

  • Strong foundation of business processes and capabilities of Customer Experience Solutions,
  • In-depth experience with SAP Sales & Service Cloud,
  • Strong presentation and communication skills,
  • Additional knowledge of SAP CX Solutions such as Customer Data Platform, Emarsys, Customer Data Cloud, or Commerce Cloud is a plus,
  • 2+ years in customer-facing roles such as consulting, sales/presales, or product expert roles like product/solution management or product marketing,
  • Fluency in German and English is essential for advising our clients,
  • Solid understanding of SAP’s solution portfolio, partners, markets, and competition,
  • Bachelor’s or higher degree in business administration, engineering, computer science, or a related field; equivalent experience is also welcomed.
