In order to support the Digital Department, Airbus Germany is looking for a
Digital Project Manager (d/f/m) SAP S/4HANA Finance.

You will be a core-part of our Finance Transformation journey, leading projects and enhancements that drive efficiency and innovation. You will be working at the largest production site for civil aircraft situated in Hamburg. Its location on the southern banks of the river Elbe includes the option to commute by ferry. Your tasks and responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementations of SAP Financials driving operational efficiency and fostering innovation.
  
• Design and implement solutions based on SAP FI/CO module and its integration with other modules such as MM and SD.
  
• Design and implement SAP Banking solutions, encompassing the optimization and automation of incoming and outgoing payment processing, payment interface optimization with the Airbus Payment Factory, seamless bank statement integration and reconciliation, and the design and configuration of payment file structures. Bridge the gap between business and IT by effectively translating Finance and Banking-specific requirements into functional and technical solutions aligned with overall corporate goals.
  
• Develop and enhance finance solutions for business improvements and optimization.
  
• Provide support to more complex Production issues when needed, leveraging your deep understanding of SAP Financials and Banking processes.
  
  

Desired skills and qualifications

• Master's Degree in Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  
• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience specifically in SAP FI/CO development, configuration, and performance optimization, demonstrating a proven track record of successful implementations.
  
• Solid expertise in SAP Banking, including in-depth experience with payment file configuration and bank statement integration.
  
• A proactive, results-oriented team player with a "can-do" attitude, comfortable collaborating effectively within international teams and with diverse stakeholders.
  
• Experience with Central Finance is a strong asset.
  
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively articulate ideas, challenge assumptions, and influence both business and technical audiences.
  
• Proficiency in French and/or German is a plus.
