We offer exciting projects at our renowned customer Airbus Operations and are looking for a motivated employee for the position of Digital Product & Portfolio Manager (d/f/m).

Responsibilities

1. Contribute to and articulate the digital product strategy, ensuring all initiatives align with overarching business objectives.
2. Manage the end-to-end digital product portfolio lifecycle, from ideation and prioritization to delivery, optimization, and retirement.
3. Facilitate the intake and prioritization of new digital demands, working with stakeholders to define scope, business value, and preliminary requirements.
4. Monitor and report on portfolio performance, tracking key metrics, ROI, and progress against strategic goals.
5. Identify and proactively manage portfolio-level risks and dependencies, ensuring cohesive execution across digital initiatives.
6. Collaborate closely with Product Owners to understand product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
7. Own and refine individual product backlogs, ensuring user stories are clearly defined, detailed with acceptance criteria, and prioritized.
8. Serve as the primary liaison for the development team, clarifying requirements and providing context during sprint planning and execution.
9. Participate actively in Agile ceremonies to ensure understanding of product goals and address impediments.
10. Facilitate communication between the development team and stakeholders through workshops and presentations.
11. Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback to meet quality standards and user needs.
12. Bridge strategic business objectives and tactical development efforts, ensuring smooth information flow and decision-making.

Your Profile

1. Completed studies in Engineering, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
2. More than one year of experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, and Production.
3. Over two years of professional experience in IT/Information Systems production, product development, project management, or data analysis.
4. Good knowledge of Change Management.
5. Detailed knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
6. Proven experience with Agile methods (Scrum, Kanban).
7. Knowledge of Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Slides, Docs).
8. Knowledge of Python, App Script, Palantir technologies is an advantage.
9. Business fluency in English; German and French are advantageous.
