About the RoleIn this role you will be the key partner in the new DACH organization ensuring alignment of local market needs to global tech strategy, vision and best practice. You will closely collaborate with commercial teams in DACH as well as Global Sales and Digital & Technology functions.
Although no direct P&L responsibility the role is there to influence growth opportunities across the full market P&L through efficiency, effectiveness & capability improvement of our commercial platforms and systems.
Top Accountabilities
Close collaboration with Global Product Owners to champion the execution roadmap for DACH based on local business needs
Develop the DACH market strategy & deployment plan, key deliverables, engagement model and identify all functionality required with local commercial teams
Collaborate closely with the commercial leads to ensure all dependencies are understood and planned in line with delivery timelines
Decision Maker on market prioritization for deployment and accountable for making the case for requirements
Decision Maker on market functionality requirements and priorities that inform Global Product sprints
Local budget owner for all technology solutions and developments
Play a key role in change management of the business, providing insight, communications and training required to launch new product and updates successfully
Work closely with the Commercial Data Manager to identify gaps and opportunities to improve products and tech solutions
Identifying test users and pilot group who will form a key part of the deployment of the new capability
Organize in market User acceptance testing in a time frame that allows bugs to be fixed without delaying full deployment.
A leader who has a proven ability to deliver results and drive transformation through the organization.
Commercially experienced with robust knowledge of customers/outlets and their business requirements.
Strong projects management skills
Ability to lead change, challenge and deliver under tight and ambitious timescales.
Well organized with a good network or understanding of commercial and support functions within the business.
A problem solver; restless & agile – lives and breathes implementation
Tech-savvy with CRM expertise
Fluent in English, German a plus
