About the Role

This role is a key partnership position within the new DACH organization, ensuring alignment of local market needs with global tech strategy, vision, and best practices. You will collaborate closely with the commercial teams in DACH, as well as Global Sales and Digital & Technology functions.

While not directly responsible for P&L, the role influences growth opportunities across the market P&L through improving the efficiency, effectiveness, and capabilities of our commercial platforms and systems.

Top Accountabilities
  1. Collaborate with Global Product Owners to execute the DACH roadmap based on local business needs.
  2. Develop the market strategy and deployment plan, including key deliverables, engagement models, and required functionalities with local teams.
  3. Work with commercial leads to understand dependencies and align delivery timelines.
  4. Make decisions on market prioritization and requirements for deployment and global sprints.
  5. Manage local technology budgets and oversee all technology solutions and developments.
  6. Lead change management initiatives, including communication and training for new products and updates.
  7. Work with the Commercial Data Manager to identify gaps and opportunities for product and tech improvements.
  8. Identify test users and pilot groups for deployment of new capabilities.
  9. Organize in-market User Acceptance Testing to ensure timely bug fixes and deployment.

  1. A proven leader capable of delivering results and driving organizational transformation.
  2. Commercial experience with a strong understanding of customer/outlet needs and business requirements.
  3. Skilled in change leadership, challenging norms, and working under tight deadlines.
  4. Well-organized with a broad network within commercial and support functions.
  5. A problem solver who is agile and focused on implementation.
  6. Tech-savvy with CRM expertise.
  7. Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
