Job Description

• Proven Experience: Demonstrated expertise in digital product design with a strong portfolio showcasing creative problem-solving skills.
• Platform Standards: In-depth knowledge of design patterns and platform standards for iOS, Android, and (responsive) web applications.
• Craftsmanship: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing design deliverables of the highest standards.
• Communication Skills: Fluent in English (German skills are advantageous).
• Organizational Talent: Strong organizational skills, navigating timelines effectively and independently collaborating and informing relevant stakeholders.
• Design Software Proficiency: Deep understanding of modern design software features to create low and high-fidelity prototypes, (micro) animations, components, and maintain design systems. Proficiency in Figma is essential.
• Design Methodologies: Good knowledge and practical experience across various design approaches, methodologies, and prototyping techniques.
• Financial Sector Experience: Experience in the financial sector is advantageous.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of industry experience in digital productdesign (experience in the financial sector is advantageous but not essential)
• An excellent understanding of design patterns and approaches across different platforms: responsive web, native iOS and Android
• An excellent craftsmanship with an eye for details that enables to deliver a high-standard final product
• A strong portfolio with case studies demonstrating creative problem-solving that relates to on-boarding, conversion, retention and off-boarding
• Excellent English or Germancommunication skills to articulate design decisions and keeping the team informed of project progress and timings
• Deep understanding of how to leverage the features of a modern design software to create low and high fidelity prototypes, (micro) animations, components and to maintain a design system (experience with Figma is advantageous)
• A good knowledge and experience across various design approaches, methodologies and prototyping
