Your Mission

As a Digital PLM Consultant, you will be instrumental in advising clients across industries on the strategic implementation and enhancement of their Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems. You will help them align technology with business goals, streamline engineering and production processes, and drive value through data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support PLM implementation, migration, and optimization projects (e.g., Siemens Teamcenter, Dassault 3DEXPERIENCE, SAP PLM, Windchill)

• Conduct process analysis and define digital PLM strategies in collaboration with client stakeholders

• Configure and customize PLM solutions based on business requirements

• Act as a trusted advisor to engineering, R&D, and IT teams to improve collaboration and efficiency across the product lifecycle

• Develop functional concepts, documentation, and user training materials

• Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful delivery

• Support business development by identifying new project opportunities or process improvement potentials

Your Profile

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or related field

• 3+ years’ experience in PLM consulting or implementation

• Strong knowledge of one or more PLM platforms (e.g., Teamcenter, Windchill, 3DEXPERIENCE, SAP PLM)

• Familiar with end-to-end product lifecycle processes: BOM management, change management, CAD integration, etc.

• Ability to bridge technical and business perspectives and communicate with diverse stakeholders

• Analytical, self-organized, and solution-oriented mindset

• Fluent in English (German is a plus)
