Join us as a Digital Merchandising Manager - Germany Resellers, where you'll play a pivotal role in optimizing product performance throughout the customer journey, from initial awareness to conversion. Your mission will be to drive increased market share, attract new customers, and increase transactional revenue across our partner platforms in Germany and the EU region.

You’ll identify a 360-degree view of all merchandising levers, ensuring they are healthy and optimized to support growth and maximize product availability. Leverage A/B testing across resellers’ websites to improve assortment, navigation, content, and search. Your expertise will help identify opportunities for reseller and product expansion, showcasing offerings to a broader audience and driving end customer growth.

Use a data-driven approach to build a growth plan for resellers in your portfolio.

What you will be responsible for:
  • Product Assortments Management: Evaluate and optimize product assortments to maximize sales and profitability; collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs and business objectives.
  • Merchandising Strategies Development and Execution: Drive awareness and increase conversion through effective merchandising strategies; assess and optimize key levers like keyword research, pricing, and content.
  • Merchandising Levers Evaluation and Optimization at Partner Websites: Collaborate with data analytics teams to track and report on merchandising health; manage product assortments to increase sales and profitability; optimize pricing levers such as MSRP, margins, and special pricing.
  • Partner Opportunity and Competitor Landscape Analysis: Become an expert in merchandising levers; perform competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities; conduct sales analysis to prioritize revenue growth initiatives.
  • Customer Growth through Marketing & Promotions: Develop advertising and promotion strategies; monitor and adjust campaigns based on performance metrics.
  • Business Reviews and Performance Monitoring: Prepare data for business reviews; monitor product performance; utilize insights to refine strategies.
  • Continuous Learning and Process Improvement: Collaborate with teams to prioritize testing and experimentation; build systems and processes for daily operations; ensure alignment across revenue levers; communicate with customers in Germany as a commercial lead.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years' experience in digital merchandising, product management, or marketing/advertising.
  • Strong analytical skills; experience in sales, market, and competitive analysis.
  • Proven track record in revenue and market share growth.
  • Proficiency with ecommerce platforms, content management, and merchandising tools.
  • Understanding of customer segmentation; experience with forecasting, A/B testing, SEO, and promotional impact analysis.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; fluent in German and English.
