Job Profile for Digital Marketing Specialist
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Qualify all leads for the DACH region in HubSpot CRM
- Prequalify all types of leads by initiating first contact, asking key qualifying questions, and handing them over to the responsible sales manager
- Optimise digital marketing by supporting SEO efforts for DACH web pages and mini-sites, and assisting with PPC initiatives through the creation of compelling ad copy and keyword lists to attract the right audience and leads
- Create localised content for SEO, PPC, email campaigns, and social media to capture target market share
- Manage social media presence by supporting the development and growth of the company’s visibility on LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube through consistent content creation and audience engagement
- Promote DACH activities by managing, translating, and creating email campaigns, banners, and flyers
- Manage trade shows and events by organising and coordinating participation in trade shows, events, open houses, and dealer conferences to showcase the company products, applications, and relevant customer information
- Manage email campaigns and workflows in HubSpot by creating campaigns, segmenting target audiences, and executing outreach
- Oversee marketing materials by managing translations and updates of flyers, brochures, and product catalogues, and supporting the creation of PowerPoint presentations related to the company, products, and cleaning applications
- Conduct customer interviews and develop compelling case studies and testimonials to strengthen customer insights and advocacy
- Support proposal generation by creating proposals in Deal Hub (CRM) and forwarding them to customers in the DACH region
- Manage improvements in Deal Hub (CRM) regarding offer creation for standard offers, rental offers, leasing offers, and DEAL Room for the DACH region
- Manage sequences in HubSpot CRM by maintaining templates and sequences and guiding the sales team on their usage
- Support sales administration by requesting credit reforms, completing non-disclosure agreements, and preparing documents for temporary export to Switzerland
Candidate Profile for Digital Marketing Specialist
- Fluent German speaker
- Strong communication skills – written and verbal – English/German
- Practical experience and expertise in SEO/SEA
- Strong aptitude in copywriting and copyediting
- Skilled with Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint
- Proficient in social media, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube
- Experienced working with a CRM system and Marketing Automation tool is a plus
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent degree/experience on the job
- Experience in digital marketing
- Experience in business-to-business relationships
