EDITED has established itself as a well-known international fashion brand that stands out with a detailed design language, extraordinary capsule collections, and high-quality basics. Our international creative team in Berlin designs trend-focused collections and exclusive styles with a premium feel.

As a Digital Marketing Manager – EDITED (m/f/d), you are responsible for the holistic planning and implementation of our paid digital campaigns (brand and performance), including our newsletter campaigns. Your role will also contribute to defining our marketing strategy and goals.

Responsibilities
  1. Creation and implementation of the performance marketing strategy & goals in alignment with the team lead marketing
  2. Planning, implementation, optimisation, and reporting of online campaigns across tools and platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
  3. Planning, implementation, optimisation, and reporting of our newsletter campaigns in alignment with the marketing team
  4. Defining and creating materials for digital campaigns and promotions in collaboration with graphic designers
  5. Implementing A/B testing and exploring new ways to maximize conversions and impact of campaigns
  6. Organizational tasks such as budget and time planning, updating the marketing calendar, invoice control, and KPI tracking
Requirements
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in performance marketing
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, KPIs, and conversion optimization
  • Proven experience in campaigns for channels like Google Ads & Meta Ads (SEA & Paid Social)
  • Experience with email marketing within an e-commerce context is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of META and Google analytics tools, as well as CRM interfaces (e.g., Emarsys, Mailjet)
  • Knowledge of tools like Smartly, Adobe Photoshop is a plus but not required
  • Excellent communication skills and a hands-on approach
  • Quick perception, high motivation, and analytical thinking
  • Very good MS Office skills
