What You’ll Do
- Design and execute integrated B2B marketing campaigns aligned to sales goals
- Own and optimise our HubSpot CRM and marketing automation setup – workflows, scoring, segmentation, and reporting
- Run and scale paid campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads with a focus on ROI, CPL, and LTV
- Create SEO-optimised content – case studies, whitepapers, and thought-leadership pieces
- Build analytics dashboards with GA4, Power BI, and HubSpot to measure success and identify opportunities
- Test and roll out emerging digital tools including AI-based marketing innovations
What You Bring
- Native or near-native German plus strong English skills
- 5+ years in B2B digital marketing, ideally in SaaS, tech, or industrial sectors
- Advanced HubSpot skills (CRM, automation, analytics)
- Strong track record in performance marketing and lead generation
- Confident with SEO, PPC, and content marketing best practices
- Data-driven, creative, and eager to innovate
