Employment Term: 1 year contract to start with opportunity to convert to full time

Working hours: Normal business hours are 8.30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Thursday, and 8.30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Friday, with a lunch break for one hour between 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.

Additional Notes:

  • There is a travel requirement for this role so all candidates must have the ability and willingness to travel within Europe up to 6x in the year.
  • Candidates must have German work authorization prior to joining the team
  • This is a fully in-office position for the first six months. After 6 months there will be work-from-home flexibility up to 7 days with use on Mondays/Fridays.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, Europe, you will be responsible for marketing for multiple events in our portfolio, including the following responsibilities:

  • Email Campaign Management: Generate email content to promote the upcoming summits within your industry portfolio
  • Social Media Management & Content Creation: Create social media promotions for our various events, and help manage our social media channels for multiple industries
  • Paid Ads Management: Help launch LinkedIn Ad campaigns for our various summits
  • Provide digital marketing support and content creation for our external partners
  • Manage and maintain the master list of contacts/database for each of the industries within your event portfolio
  • Manage email responses and coordinate the distribution of leads to Sales associates
  • Trace, analyze and report on the activities and outcomes of all digital campaigns
  • Provide support for other event-related marketing initiatives and activities

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • University degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • A positive, ambitious, and self-motivated attitude
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
  • Strong design sensibility or prior experience with graphic design tools (considered an asset)
  • Excellent research and comprehension abilities
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Technical writing capabilities, with experience crafting engaging content for social media and email campaigns tailored to B2B audiences
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content distribution strategies
  • Eagerness to learn about new industries, markets, and businesses
  • Interest in long-term growth and development within the organization
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce and/or HubSpot is an asset
