Your Role [#1969866]

PHD Global Business is looking for a Digital Market Engagement Manager (all genders) to support the international account of a leading global luxury automotive brand. Working closely with the Business Director, you will drive media excellence and data- and measurement-driven processes across international markets.

This diverse role offers significant development potential, insights into both online and offline channels, and the opportunity to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across Strategy, Innovation, Data, and Digital – all in support of one of the world’s most iconic and innovative brands.

Join our interdisciplinary, globally connected client service team that is committed to redefining media planning and buying on an international scale and to creating a new standard of excellence.

Your Responsibilities

  • With your authentic and communicative approach, you quickly build trust with clients and colleagues in local markets.
  • You manage projects confidently and stay calm even under pressure.
  • You foster collaboration between markets and ensure clear communication as part of a central team working closely with the client’s headquarters.
  • You act as the main point of contact for local agencies in the client’s active markets.
  • You work closely with the Strategy & Digital teams to identify opportunities and help implement them in the markets.
  • You coordinate digital projects (including Programmatic, Search, Social) across different markets, ensuring strategic, consistent, and future-focused execution.
  • You implement global digital and data processes in the markets and monitor adherence.
  • You monitor local campaigns, understand their performance, and communicate results clearly.
  • You analyze campaign performance, derive actionable insights, and present them convincingly to key stakeholders at the client’s global headquarters.
Why You?
  • At least 4 years of experience in international media account management, or strong local account management experience with deep digital expertise.
  • Solid knowledge of planning and executing digital campaigns – both branding and performance-focused.
  • Strong account management skills: proactive, well-organized, reliable.
  • Confident communicator with clients and international colleagues across the PHD network.
  • Excellent analytical skills and confident handling of numbers and data.
  • Ability to clearly and convincingly present findings and learnings from international campaigns to senior decision-makers.
  • Very good English skills (spoken and written). German is a plus.
  • Experience in the automotive sector is an advantage.
  • International work experience is also a plus.
