We offer exciting projects at our renowned customer Airbus Operations and are seeking a motivated employee for the position Digital Lead PMBP (d/f/m).

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Digital Governance and Strategy Lead
• Manage the digital product portfolio for the A320 Central Programme Management Team
• Act as the Product Owner of digital tools, both those in operation and under development (E2E accountability)
• Support the A320 Programme Office Digitalisation Working Group
• Act as the main internal and external interface for digital initiatives
• Oversee digital subcontractor work and junior team members and students
• Lead and contribute to programme digital transformation initiatives (upskilling, data management, data quality)
• Foster collaboration and improvement between multi-functional teams through stakeholder management and change management

Your profile:

• Completed studies in computer science, engineering, industrial engineering, business administration, or a comparable qualification
• More than three years of experience in product development and project management
• Over two years of experience in IT / Information Systems
• Relevant experience in data or business analytics is valued
• Good knowledge of change management
• Knowledge of Agile methodology is a plus
• Very good experience with Google Workspace
• Knowledge of Airbus-specific analytics environments like Skywise (including Contour, Slate, Workshop, and Code Repository) is an advantage
• Understanding of German or French is helpful
