To develop the details of our cloud-based software product, a dynamic product team is being created. We are seeking you as an optimal and valuable addition to this team.

Additionally, we are looking for support in the continuous development of our online customer portal for our established standard software XAP.

Your responsibilities include:

1. Creating and continuously developing the conception of our XAP online portal within an agile team.
2. Designing visuality, usability, user interface, and customer journey for an innovative energy management standard software as a cloud solution for the German market.
3. Advancing our digital competencies, acting as a trendsetter, and advising colleagues and customers.
4. Leading and independently working with digital design, or creating it yourself.
5. Supporting the entire development process up to approval, external presentation, and continuous improvements of the product and online portal.
6. Collaborating closely with product management and integrating as part of the team.

The ideal candidate has practical experience in energy supply companies or industry-specific consulting, with interest, flexibility, engagement, and potential. A degree in communication, economics, design, computer science, or similar, or equivalent experience, is also beneficial.

We are particularly interested in candidates with:

• Experience in digital conception, especially online customer portals or web-based software (cloud products).
• A passion for digital products and innovative technologies, with skills in wireframing, information architecture, usability engineering, UX, UI, and interaction design.
• Knowledge of web technologies and standards, and awareness of digital trends.
• A good sense for branding and digital platform presentation.
• Technical understanding leading to realistic concept approaches.
• Hands-on mentality, confidence, independence, and willingness to present software functionalities internally and externally.
• Experience with agile methods, especially Scrum, and requirement formulation via epics and user stories.
• A potential certification as a Professional Product Owner or similar.
• Ability to work partly on-site in Langen or Dresden and very good German skills (minimum C1).
