What you will do

• You will assist in the tracking of our analytics portfolio.
• You will coordinate team members in maintaining our portfolio tool.
• You will create and monitor reasonable measures to ensure understanding of development areas.
• You will prepare and present regular progress reports on project status.
• You will organize and maintain project and portfolio documentation for easy access and reference, as well as for internal training purposes.
• You will participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance portfolio management processes.

What you will need

• You are an enrolled Master's Student in Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• You possess strong organizational and project management skills.
• You have excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
• You have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI. Power Platform proficiency is a plus.
• You are able to work independently and in a team environment.
• You have a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
• You have a high affinity for technology and process understanding.
