Digital Incubation Manager (m / f / d)

Are you passionate about bringing exciting technologies to market in collaboration with industry partners? Do you enjoy promoting entrepreneurship in Germany and within companies? If so, apply to us as a Digital Incubation Manager (m / f / d) to utilize our innovative technologies developed with renowned industrial partners, alongside colleagues from the Digital Incubation Lab.

What you will do with us

1. Support our innovation, digitalization, and strategy projects using innovative working methods.
2. Evaluate the market, engage with industry contacts, and establish long-term partnerships.
3. Manage projects and oversee the implementation of industrial collaborations with partners such as Bosch or Deichmann.
4. Develop and validate new business ideas in close collaboration with our industry partners.
5. Oversee product, service, and business model innovations with our customers and partners.
6. Act as co-leader and, ideally, coach in incubation programs such as the Unternehmergeist-Saar program and our intrapreneurship initiatives.

What makes you a good fit

1. You have a completed degree, preferably in business, marketing, or a related field, though we consider other backgrounds.
2. You have gained initial professional experience, for example in consulting, innovation, digitization, or startup environments.
3. You possess methodological expertise in lean startup approaches, design thinking, and agile methods, along with confident communication skills and a proactive demeanor.
