You will collaborate closely with business unit heads and stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective digital solutions. Your expertise in AI and Field Service Management will be essential in building innovative AI-based solutions that enhance service delivery and operational excellence.

How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and primary liaison between business units and the IT department, ensuring IT initiatives align with business priorities and objectives.
  • Lead the implementation of AI-based solutions to optimize operations, enhancing decision-making and predictive capabilities across the organization.
  • Use expertise in SAP or Salesforce Field Service Management systems to streamline and automate field service processes, ensuring seamless integration within the business units.
  • Engage with function heads and key collaborators to gather requirements, provide updates, and foster strong relationships that build trust in IT initiatives.
  • Drive digital transformation by identifying improvement opportunities and implementing innovative technologies that enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Establish metrics to monitor the performance of digital solutions, regularly assessing their impact and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.


What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Over 10 years of experience, including 3+ years as a Digital Business Partner with hands-on expertise in AI solutions and the Field Services ecosystem, along with 3+ years of global team management.
  • Proven track record in implementing AI-based solutions to optimize operations and enhance decision-making processes.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP or Salesforce Field Service Management systems, focusing on process automation and seamless integration.
  • Experience in driving digital transformation initiatives, contributing to IT strategy development, and establishing performance metrics to monitor the effectiveness of IT initiatives.
