Job Title: Digital & Ecommerce Lead @ High-Growth Consumer Brand

Location: Cologne (3/4 days in the office)

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Salary: €70,000 - €80,000 + equity

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing, purpose-driven consumer brand as their Digital & Ecommerce Lead. You’ll be responsible for shaping and optimising the full digital experience- from the first site visit through CRM journeys and long-term retention.

The role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-growth, fast-paced environments and knows how to blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You’ll collaborate closely across teams, test relentlessly, and help define how customers engage with the brand online.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead optimisation of the digital customer experience across the online shop, CRM flows, and self-service tools
  • Use data and UX insights to drive performance, from conversion rate to loyalty
  • Drive experimentation, including A/B testing, funnel analysis, and post-purchase journeys
  • Participate in user interviews and usability testing to stay close to customer needs
  • Evaluate new tools and tech for analytics, testing, and CRM efficiency
  • Champion simple, user-friendly digital experiences that reflect brand values

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Business fluent in German and English (must-have)
  • Experience in digital product, CRM, or e-commerce roles with measurable results
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end digital customer journeys and user behaviour
  • Curious, proactive, and focused on continuous improvement
