Job Description

Responsible for achieving or exceeding sales and service goals with our Digital Dentistry solutions, mainly in dental laboratories and/or dental clinics within an assigned territory. This involves effective selling and promotion of Digital Dentistry Solutions to existing and potential new customers, following sales operations directives and procedures. The role also includes providing support and training on digital workflow products and services, focusing on the company's digital solutions portfolio and new offerings. The Digital Dental Sales & Prosthetics Representative must comply with all local laws, regulations, and corporate policies during the sales process.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Planning visits, activities, and trainings with the sales team.
  2. Visiting existing and new customers periodically to assess their needs.
  3. Presenting, installing, and training customers on digital products, solutions, and services.
  4. Providing technical support on the company's digital solutions portfolio.
  5. Analyzing sales trends and reporting regularly.
  6. Planning digital sales activities to meet or exceed sales goals.
  7. Maintaining relationships with customers and implementing marketing activities to grow business.
  8. Developing relationships with key thought leaders to expand market share.
  9. Reporting product issues, customer loss, or competitive strategies to management.
  10. Staying informed on products, technologies, clinical studies, and industry activity.
  11. Promoting courses and events, applying this knowledge to develop strategies.
  12. Implementing company policies and maintaining a travel schedule for customer contact.
  13. Willingness to travel locally (approx. 80%) and internationally for events and conferences.
  14. Occasional work or travel on weekends.

Job Requirements:

  • Dental technician undergraduate degree or equivalent in business or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience as a dental technician in a dental lab.
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical product and clinical information.
  • Professional sales skills in promoting products and value.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Intermediate computer skills.
