Your Role And Responsibilities
Digital Demand Strategists deliver and optimize one unified, comprehensive and personalized digital experience for our clients within Germany, Austria and Switzerland. You coordinate and land the digital plan, working closely with all marketing disciplines across the region to set up the best possible omnichannel demand experience. You maximize ROI, enhance brand visibility and ensure consistency in messaging. You set up and coordinate A/B testing and other experiments to refine paid media or web messaging and audience-specific targeting. As part of the D-A-CH marketing team you will collaborate closely with all marketing functions in the market as well as with the EMEA and global Digital Demand Strategists.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Understands online client journeys and what it takes to capture and progress interest through the sales funnel
- Foundational understanding of Marketing and Communications concepts and tactics
- Foundational understanding of web optimization, marketing automation, and paid media.
- Strong collaboration and coordination abilities.
- Seeks feedback and adjusts plans and tactics accordingly.
- Actively sells the plan to stakeholders that do not know detail of digital onmichannel environment.
- Can do work ethics.
