Digital Coordinator (m / f / d)

You love the magic of the digital world with its new technologies and the possibility to constantly redefine the digital process? We are looking for a Digital Coordinator (m / f / d) with a passion for delivering creative work to support the Digital Team in Frankfurt.

Responsibilities:

1. Administrational support of the digital team
2. Processing and coordinating digital projects until release
3. Communication with publishers and developers regarding their digital projects
4. Processing and organising data entry for digital projects in the Content Management System, the Developer Portal and other Digital systems such as submissions, registrations, patches and downloadable content
5. Coordinating all related communication and processes within the company

Qualifications:

1. Ability to share ideas clearly and concisely
2. Communication, coordination and customer orientation are key competencies
3. Experience with content management systems
4. Experience with and understanding of digital shop environment is an advantage
5. Fluency in English
6. Good understanding of the video games business is a plus but not necessary
7. Organizational strength, attention to detail as well as proactive and solution-oriented way of working
8. Good knowledge of Office 365
